• You may exchange Blue Paradise Gift Vouchers at any of the accommodation on the Blue Paradise Website to the value indicated.
• Advanced bookings are necessary and can be made by contacting Blue Paradise at: booking@blueparadise-portugal.com and are subject to availability.
• The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
• Blue Paradise Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
• Blue Paradise Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A Blue Paradise Gift Voucher may be exchanged for a holiday of a higher price than its face value on payment of the difference.
• No change will be given.
• No cash/credit card refunds will be given.
• No photocopies will be accepted.
• Blue Paradise reserves the right to cancel vouchers at any stage and reimburse the original purchaser.
• Blue Paradise will not be liable in the event of a voucher being lost or stolen.
• Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void.
